A new office building is planned to be built in Novi Zagreb, in the Sopot neighborhood, south of Avenija Dubrovnik at k.č. 835/2, k.o. Zaprudski Otok. The planned building is for business purposes.
The planned office building has 8 above-ground floors and 2 underground, fully buried floors, mostly intended for the accommodation of idle vehicles, with a larger floor plan than the above-ground floors. The total height of the planned building is approximately 38.5 m. The height of the roof floor where people can stay is approximately 34 m.
CTP PROJEKT designs projects for thermotechnical installations, smoke and heat protection systems, fire alarm and gas detection systems, work safety studies and a presentation of all appropriate fire protection measures. The entire project is designed in BIM.
